| 1962 | ROL Manufacturing of Canada Ltd. was founded in Montreal, Quebec by Carol (Karl) Haller as a family owned company committed to high quality and technological innovation. The name ROL is actually derived from Mr. Haller's first name. |
| 1971 | ROL Manufacturing moves to expanded facilities in Laval, Quebec. |
| 1975 | The Laval facility undergoes its first expansion, basically doubling in size after expanding the product line to wire formed products and other exhaust accessories. |
| 1977 | ROL Manufacturing of America Inc., is formed with headquarters in Taft, Florida. to meet the growing needs of the North American market. |
| 1978 | The ROL Engine Gasket line is introduced. |
| 1980 | The Laval facility is expanded for a second time doubling its size to accommodate the new CAD assisted design studio and the state of the art machine shop. |
| 1984 | ROL America moves to its present location in Oviedo Florida, a suburb of Orlando. |
| 1986 | The ROL Cornwall, Ontario facility is opened to manufacture a full line of rubber products. ROL Manufacturing opens a distribution center in the Cleveland, Ohio area to better service the Northern and Western United States market. |
| 1988 | ROL Manufacturing establishes a distribution center in Toronto, Ontario. |
| 1991 | The Ohio Distribution Center is relocated from Cleveland, Ohio to Perrysburg, Ohio to better service the market and to be closer to the Detroit automotive community. |
| 1993 | A Distribution Center is opened in St. Laurent, Quebec. |
| 1997 | The Perrysburg Distribution Center is moved into a new, state of the art facility, purposely built with future expansion in mind. ROL of Mexico is opened in Brownsville, Texas. |
| 1998 | The Cornwall Facility attains the ISO 9002 rating. ROL Israel is founded to handle the challenges and requirements of doing business in Israel and Eastern Europe. |
| 1999 | The Oviedo Facility begins it's final stages of expansion. The Cornwall Facility moves to its present location giving the facility approximately 5 times the amount of space it previously utilized. ROL Mexico expands into facilities "South of the Border" in Matamoros, Mexico. |
| 2000 | ROL Mexicana is founded enabling ROL to expand further by not only manufacturing but also selling products in Mexico. |
| 2002 | The Haller family acquires Marwil Products of Fort Loramie, Ohio from ARVIN Meritor Corporation. ROL establishes a gasket R&D Center in Chicago, Illinois and the Cornwall Facility achieves QS9000 Certification. |
| 2003 | ROL's Marwil Products facility achieves ISO14001-1996 Certification and the Laval facility gains QS9000 Certification. |
